ELIGIBILITY: The program is designed for a small group of individuals interested in learning about the history and culture of Spain. Regardless of age, children must pay full price and those under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS: The maximum capacity of the tour is 10. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications should be sent with a deposit of € 500 per person to reserve a space. Deposits should be paid by check payable to Soldevila Cultural Tours, LLC. Deposits are applied to the payment of the program cost. Upon registration, we will mail you a confirmation package. Balance is due 90 days prior to the program. If payment is not received on time, your place on the tour cannot be guaranteed. Any registration received within 45 days of departure is considered late registration and payment in full must be made immediately by check to Soldevila Cultural Tours, LLC. If confirmation is not possible, all payments made will be refunded in full. COSTS: The tour costs are based upon current currency values, and a minimum number of participants. While we do everything possible to maintain the listed prices, they are subject to change. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Written cancellations up to 120 days before departure:€ 200 cancellation fee. Written cancellations up to 120-90 days before departure: € 400. Written cancellations within 90 days of departure: no refund of total payment unless the tour is full and your space is resold. Cancellations on day of departure or after tour departs: no refund. No refund for unused portions of the tour, including missed meals, hotel nights and sightseeing. Soldevila Cultural Tours, LLC, strongly urges participants to consider purchasing travel insurance in addition to their health insurance policy. In general, these plans provide help in many circumstances such as loss, delay or damage of baggage and/or medical problems that may suddenly arise which cause you to cancel your trip. ITINERARY CHANGES: Soldevila Cultural Tours, LLC will make every effort to maintain the programs as planned, but alterations may still occur after the final itineraries are sent. Should unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, make changes necessary, Soldevila Cultural Tours, LLC, reserves the right to vary itineraries and/or substitute hotels or restaurants. SINGLES/ROOMMATES: Single rooms are available in all the hotels. It you want a single room, please register early and make sure to request a single room in the application. A cost supplement will apply as indicated in the rates section of the brochure. If you travel alone and wish to share a room with another single passenger, we will do our best to match you with someone of the same gender and smoking preference to share the room with you. If you are matched with a non-smoking roommate, it is agreed that you cannot smoke in your hotel room. If a roommate cannot be found, the single supplement will be charged. SOLDEVILA CULTURAL TOURS, LLC, RESERVES THE RIGHT, WITHOUT PENALTY, TO MAKE CHANGES IN THE PUBLISHED ITINERARY WHENEVER, IN ITS JUDGMENT, CONDITIONS WARRANT, OR IF IT DEEMS IT NECESSARY FOR THE COMFORT, CONVENIENCE, OR SAFETY OF TOUR PARTICIPANTS. IN NO EVENT, SHALL SOLDEVILA CULTURAL TOURS, LLC, BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT.
